Open the Effects Manager dialog (Visualization > Home > Rendering).
Click the Load Image Set icon and open the desired light images.
Select the light sources in the light images list to change their color.
Click the down arrow and select the desired temperature within the range (1000 K-40000 K).

Note: In case you want to change the color of lights instead of temperature, click the color palette rather than the down arrow to open MicroStation´s Color Picker.
